Marianna has been in the Marching Arts activity since 2004 and believes that member physical and mental wellness matters in order to perform at their highest potential. Through proper movement designed based on the muscle groups needed for the activity and mindfulness training, you will see a significant improvement in your members overall performance and experience.

Both elements have to be aligned in order to see REAL RESULTS! Holistic Fitness has a goal to help you enhance your greatest self through mindfulness practices, building a strong foundation of movement, and learning how to fuel your body with a balanced nutrition. Marianna will coach you along the way on your journey to alignment.

Master Class
This two hour class includes an interactive presentation (virtual or in person) on nutrition, mindfulness, and movement. To close we will do a workout designed for YOUR members!

Wellness Course
This course is a four part class that works on mindfulness and movement for an hour each day.
Can be virtual or in person and is great as a season starter!
