Hi, I'm Marianna

Certified Personal Trainer

Introduced to the world of fitness in 2014, Marianna has gained great insight and a strong passion for holistic living. She is a NASM certified personal trainer who believes that sustainable change begins in the mind. Through mindfulness practices, balanced nutrition (not restriction) and movement she has helped dozens of humans discover holistic wellness.

Your mind and body matter! Both elements have to be aligned in order to see REAL RESULTS! The goal of Holistic Fitness is to make lasting mental shifts through mindfulness practices, build a strong foundation of movement with proper form, and gain an understanding of how to fuel your body with balanced nutrition.
